Process Owner – Collections and Cash Application We are seeking a highly experienced Process Owner – Collections and Cash Application to lead and optimize our AR operations across multiple business streams. This role requires deep expertise in Billings, cash application, collections, and team leadership, with a strong focus on data analytics and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead AR operations for cash application and collections across multiple regions. Manage large teams handling cash posting, collections, and dispute resolution. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives using SAP, HighRadius & Power BI. Oversee real estate, advertising, and retail collections portfolios. Generate and analyze SAP reports, perform SQL queries, and deliver actionable insights. Ensure timely and accurate cash posting and reconciliation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex collection issues. Develop KPIs and dashboards for performance monitoring and reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications 12–15 years of experience in Accounts Receivable – Cash & Collections. Hands‑on experience with SAP, HighRadius, Power‑BI, and SQL. Proven ability to generate SAP reports and perform advanced data analysis. Strong leadership experience managing large AR teams. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Experience in real estate, advertising, and retail collections preferred. Advanced data analytics and reporting skills. Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred. Industry‑specific AR certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
