We’re looking for an SEO & Social Media Specialist who can combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to strengthen our online presence, drive organic growth, and build an engaged community across platforms. Responsibilities Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to pipelinemedical. Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits. Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines, ensuring all content adheres to best practices. Manage and monitor backlink profiles, and implement link‑building strategies. Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO platforms. Social Media Management (SMM) Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across key social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to build brand awareness and generate leads. Develop and implement a social media content calendar aligned with marketing goals and product launches. Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a professional "social voice," fostering community engagement and cultivating sales leads. Analyze social media campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and provide actionable insights to optimize future efforts. Content Strategy & Reporting Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all digital content is optimized for both search and social engagement. Monitor SEO and user engagement metrics and suggest content optimization for improved performance. Stav up-to-date with the latest SEO and social media trends. tools. and best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of proven experience in managing both SEO and professional social media accounts. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console). Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills. Preferred Experience in the healthcare, medical supply, or B2B e-commerce industry. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS.
