This role will be responsible for leading the delivery of services including:Manage, on behalf of Stadium, vendors providing the below services:Host/hostessAccess control/securityCatering servicesFurnitureFloralsEntertainmentCleaning and waste managementGifting, wristbands, uniforms and any other small design elementsProduction of any interior environmental design elementsProvide oversight on menu development process and catering service levels.Provide oversight on environmental design of hospitality space.Train and manage all contracted staff to support the Stadium Hospitality Products including catering staff, guest experience such as host/hostess and access control/security staff.Develop documentation to guide operations in lead up to and during each Match for each hospitality space.Support build of system to credential guests for access to hospitality spaces included in applicable Stadium Hospitality Products.Provide customer support for Hospitality Customers.Be part of the OL management team that advises on product inclusions, details of guest experience and marketing strategy.The ideal candidate will have strong venue management (arena or stadium), project management and hospitality management skills as well as excellent attention to detail.Strong preference will be given to candidates who have existing relationships with the venue. Analytical skills will be paramount to success, as well as ensuring that day to day venue‑related milestones are met and that communication with senior leadership is consistent and direct.Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesLead the project management efforts, ensuring seamless coordination and communicationEstablish and nurture relationships with venue owners, operators, and event contractors, fostering effective collaboration and partnershipEstablish and nurture relationships as required with Palco and Platea customersBuild and manage a small and effective team to deliver hospitality outcomesAssist with planning site visits for internal and external stakeholders and coordinate venue‑related meetings.Support coordination, scheduling and materials preparation for cross‑functional venue operational planningMonitor key dates, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely progress and adherence to timelinesAssist with budget development, tracking and analysis in line with financial objectivesSupport the preparation and delivery or internal reporting and status tracking across various venue‑related workstreamsRequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience working in related roles in the sports, venue and/or event management industry working on major events, venue operations and/or event productionDemonstrated track record of successfully managing and executing events of varying sizes and complexitiesStrong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve issues efficientlyExcellent bilingual (English and Mexican) verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and conciselyExceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple large‑scale tasks and priorities simultaneouslyFluent working with Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly PowerPoint and ExcelWorking knowledge of Smartsheet preferredStrong team building and interpersonal skillsA willingness to travel and work flexible hoursTKO EEO StatementTKO is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding non‑discrimination in employment.
