Buscamos unx Head of Content & Social Media con hambre de éxito, que no solo diseñe estrategias sino que se ponga frente a la cámara para ejecutarlas. Esta persona será la voz y el rostro de nuestra marca en redes sociales, liderando la creación de contenido que conecte con nuestra audiencia y posicione a K Os Essence como referente en la industria de la belleza. Si te apasiona crear contenido original, te sientes cómodx frente a cámara, y quieres ser parte de una marca que está despegando con todo, esta oportunidad es para ti.ResponsibilitiesCrear y ejecutar la estrategia de contenido para redes sociales (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)Ser elx creadorx principal de contenido: grabarse, editarse y publicar videos con alta frecuenciaDesarrollar conceptos creativos que comuniquen la esencia de la marca y sus productosLiderar la producción de contenido desde la ideación hasta la publicación (guiones, grabación, edición)Gestionar el calendario editorial y mantener consistencia en todas las plataformasAnalizar métricas de rendimiento y ajustar la estrategia según resultadosColaborar con el equipo de marketing para alinear contenido con campañas y lanzamientosEstar al día con tendencias en redes sociales y la industria de belleza/perfumeríaConstruir y escalar la presencia digital de K Os Essence de manera proactivaQualificationsExperiencia comprobable en creación de contenido (mínimo 2-3 años)Portfolio con videos publicados propios en redes sociales de marcas o cuentas personalesExperiencia trabajando en la industria de belleza, cosméticos o perfumería (altamente valorado)Habilidades frente a cámara: naturalidad, carisma y capacidad de comunicación visualDominio de herramientas de edición de video (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut u otros)Conocimiento profundo de plataformas sociales (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)Mentalidad proactiva y ownership: tomas la iniciativa sin esperar instruccionesCapacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y cumplir con deadlinesPasión genuina por la belleza, #J-18808-Ljbffr
