Direct message the job poster from Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group Account Manager @ Pentangle Tech Services | Recruitment, Talent Management Location: Nearshore (Remote- Locals to Columbia / Mexico/ Brazil / Costa Rica ) Duration: 6 Months We are seeking an experienced Eco Sys Specialist with strong expertise in project controls, cost management, and capital project governance within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of Eco Sys modules—Portfolios, Projects, and Contracts—and hands-on experience integrating EcoSys with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Primavera. Key Responsibilities EcoSys Administration & Configuration Configure and maintain EcoSys modules (Portfolios, Projects, Contracts) for Oil & Gas project environments.Develop and optimize cost control structures, workflows, and reporting dashboards.Manage EcoSys data models, user access, security profiles, and system upgrades. Project Controls & Cost Management Support cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for CapEx and OpEx projects.Develop cost breakdown structures (CBS) aligned with Oil & Gas project lifecycles—FEED, EPC, Commissioning, and Operations.Track commitments, actuals, accruals, and earned value using EcoSys. Integrations & Reporting Work with IT and functional teams to integrate EcoSys with SAP, Oracle ERP, Maximo, and Primavera (P6).Build custom dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports for cost, schedule, and performance analytics.Ensure data accuracy, data governance, and continuous improvement of reporting systems. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with Project Managers, Planners, Cost Engineers, and Finance teams in an Oil & Gas environment.Support contract management activities including change requests, variations, and vendor reporting.Train end users on EcoSys functionality, workflows, and best practices. Required Skills & Experience 5–12 years of experience in Project Controls / Cost Engineering with at least 3+ years on Hexagon EcoSys.Strong domain experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Petrochemicals, Energy Infrastructure, or Industrial Projects.Hands-on experience with:EcoSys configuration & reportingEarned Value Management (EVM)Cost & schedule performance analyticsExperience integrating EcoSys with SAP, Oracle, Maximo, and Primavera P6.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have Certification in Project Controls (AACE, PMI-SP, PMP).Experience in mega Oil & Gas projects (> $100M).Exposure to digital transformation and project controls automation.Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Python for advanced analytics (optional). Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field.Master’s degree is an added advantage.
