¿Que buscamos? IBM BAW Developer Responsabilidades Design and implement business workflows using IBM BAW. Integrate services and systems using SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical designs. Develop and enhance user interfaces using React, Angular, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and CSS. Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure application quality. Troubleshoot and resolve workflow or integration issues. Provide technical documentation and user support. Stay current with IBM BAW capabilities and best practices in workflow automation. Requisitos mandatorios Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Master’s or postgraduate studies in Automation, Business Process Management (BPM), or Software Engineering are a plus. 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in IBM BAW development. Solid understanding of BPMN, process design, and workflow modeling Integration Development: SOAP / REST APIs, JSON, XML. Front‑end Technologies: React, Angular, Bootstrap, JavaScript, CSS. Database Management: SQL / NoSQL; experience connecting workflows to data sources. Automation & Scripting: Python, JavaScript, or Groovy. Decision Modeling: DMN / ODM; experience with decision rules in process flows.
