HRBP Senior (Human Resources Business Partner) Objective of the position: Plan, define, develop and lead the implementation of the the People and Culture strategy, HR Business plan and serve as an HR Business Partner for Manufacturing Plant. Ensure that the HR function in the Plant pro-actively supports the business objectives of Talent Attraction, Personnel Administration, Labor Relations and Learning and Development. Mexican Labor laws/Government regulations Talent Management Union Barganing Lean Manufacturing Tools Academic Knowledge: Degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Law and/or any other related career. Main Functions: Strategy: Participate in the creation of the HR. Include the specific needs of the manufacturing plant strategy needs. Collaborate with strategies to achieve the Plant's Goals. Deploy strategy within the manufacturing plant steering committee and the local HR team. Collaborate with the Center of Competence to set and ensure the implementation of the Talent Attraction and Retention Strategy in order to provide the right persons Develop productive working relationships between the direction and the labor union through constant communication to inform and discuss about relevant topics related to the people and the operation. Lead the yearly contract negotiation process and ensure the fulfillment of its obligations. Develop managers and supervisors relationships with the unionize workers Supervise the adequate administration and integral attention to the workers from their hiring, during their stay in the organization (payments, organizational changes) and until their termination. Provide services to employees. Keep the organization informed through general communication and work schedules. Ensure compliance and care for STPS inspections. Foster a Customer orientation, results – oriented and collaborative culture in the manufacturing plant through initiatives that promote a great working environment that and keeps employees engaged. Co-create and execute the initiatives and programs of learning and development for unionized and non-unionized workers in the manufacturing Plant. Manage and lead HR projects and initiatives ensuring that implementation is achieved on time and in budget streamlining cost/benefit.
