About the Role

Our client, a leading innovator in mobile technology, is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong focus on mobile applications to join their creative team in Mérida, Yucatán . This role is essential for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences for our cutting-edge mobile products. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to translate complex user needs into elegant and user-friendly interfaces for both iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for user research, wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity visual designs, ensuring a seamless and delightful user journey. Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centric interfaces for mobile applications (iOS and Android) that are intuitive and visually appealing.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual language and design system for our mobile products.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and development process.
• Ensure design consistency across different mobile platforms and devices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile design trends, best practices, and platform guidelines.
• Advocate for user experience best practices within the team and the organization.
• Present design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a significant focus on mobile application design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in mobile UX/UI design for iOS and Android.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
• Deep understanding of mobile design principles, usability heuristics, and platform-specific design guidelines (Human Interface Guidelines for iOS, Material Design for Android).
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail, typography, and color.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Understanding of front-end mobile development concepts is a plus.
• Passion for creating exceptional mobile user experiences.
