How You’ll Make an Impact Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment. Inspect and maintain service systems in line with safety and compliance standards. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, potable water, compressed air, and other systems. Monitor and manage inventory of consumables and spare parts. Collaborate with external service providers to resolve technical issues. Support internal clients and participate in safety brigades. Complete tasks on time and document activities per procedures. Attend training and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background Technical degree in Electromechanics, Electrical, or Mechanical fields. 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, fire systems, etc.). Basic knowledge of low to high voltage electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals. Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards and CMMS tools. Basic English proficiency (for reading equipment manuals); conversational English is a plus.
