About You You are a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer who thrives on designing and deploying advanced AI solutions that solve real-world problems at scale. You stay up to date with the rapidly evolving AI landscape and enjoy applying emerging technologies to create meaningful business impact.You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:~ Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.~5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI Engineering.~5+ years of experience in Python , including NumPy, Pandas, and API development (FastAPI preferred).~ Strong experience with ML workflows , including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.~ Solid understanding of software engineering principles, OOP, and scalable architecture design.~ Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.~ Professional experience with Azure AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, and MCP Servers.~ Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).~ Strong experience deploying AI systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP.~ Production-level experience with Docker and Kubernetes.~ Knowledge of DevOps and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).~ Understanding of Responsible AI practices, bias mitigation, and AI ethics.~ Strong communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts clearly.~ Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical leadership.~ English proficiency at B2+.~ Nice to have: Experience with deep learning, transformer models, LLM-based solutions, LLMOps tools (MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow), ETL pipelines, data lakes, interpretability tools (SHAP, LIME), prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, RAG systems, enterprise integrations (CRM/ERP), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Plotly).You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and AI solutions for production environments.Build and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines, from data ingestion through deployment.Develop AI-powered services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.Architect, deploy, and maintain AI solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP.Containerize and orchestrate AI workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.Integrate AI models with structured and unstructured data sources (SQL, NoSQL).Apply Responsible AI principles to ensure fairness, privacy, and governance.Participate in architectural design, code reviews, and technical decision-making.Collaborate in Agile/SCRUM teams with cross-functional and US-based stakeholders.Monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability.Research and recommend new AI frameworks, tools, and best practices.Contribute to internal documentation, process improvements, and AI engineering standards.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Here at Applaudo Studios values as trust, communication, respect, excellence and team work are our keys to success.
