The ServiceNow Architect provides vision and leadership in the architecture, design, and implementation of an innovative and differentiated service management offering.ResponsibilitiesWork with the client to design and modify a cohesive framework of applications, integrations, data, security, SLAs, workflows, and processes in support of a global ServiceNow landscape spanning numerous instances.Service Portal design, often in support of custom applicationsImplement ServiceNow in Domain separated instanceProvide support of custom applications development and migrationSupport Virtual Agent configuration and developmentDevelop methodologies for consistent development, improvement, and deployment of designed solutions.Must-Have Skills & Experience8+ years of relevant experience with ServiceNow required3+ years’ experience with Java Script requiredServiceNow System Administrator certification requiredHands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script includes, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email InboundVery good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creationThorough understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes such as Incident, Problem, Change and Request Fulfillment.Worked on CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITBM modulesAdvanced knowledge of CSDM & CMDBExpert in working on Performance AnalyticsKnowledge of ITAM applications required.Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory.Experience with HTML coding requiredKnowledge of Custom apps/ App Engine.Knowledge of integration Hub requiredExcellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best PracticesExperience in ServiceNow Mobile app developmentActive CSA + 2 Mainline certificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Excellent collaboration skills including analysis, brainstorming, communication, teamwork.Ability and willingness to lead.Self-starter and innovator.Nice to Have SkillsServiceNow Solution Architect certification preferredCIS – ITSM certification preferredCertified Application Developer (ServiceNow) preferredCIS – Risk and Compliance certification preferredCIS – Human Resources certification preferredCIS – Risk and Compliance certification preferredCIS – CSM certification preferredCIS – Security Incident Response certification preferredCIS – Vulnerability Response certification preferredITIL Foundations certification preferred.Knowledge of Jelly script strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
