We're looking for engineers with experience to join at Junior, Senior, and Supervisor/Lead levels within Design Engineering.Requirements :~1 to 6 years of design experience.~ Proficiency in Siemens NX (including electrical routing validation).~ Training in SAE Fundamentals of Electrical Wiring Design (aligned with automotive/aerospace standards).~ Knowledge of CAE principles; Altair SimSolid experience preferred.~ Six Sigma Green Belt certification.~ Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).~ Preferred: Engineering or Industrial Design degree.~ Ensure alignment with project KPIs and SLAs.~ Conduct quality audits and approve final documentation packages.Key Responsibilities:Create and update 2D/3D designs, wiring diagrams, and harness drawings under supervision.Assist in Bill of Materials creation, revisions, and documentation.Support in troubleshooting design discrepancies.Ensure data integrity within CAD tools and electrical schematic systems.Participate in design reviews and vehicle integration forums.Run structural performance evaluations using Altair SimSolid.Validate electrical loads, routing feasibility, and compliance with standards.Location :Toluca, Mx
