To ensure a good cultural fit, we seek professionals with the following skills and experience: bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, economics or related filed – an MBA is a plus 3‑5 years’ experience in management consulting or similar field advanced or fluent in English willingness to travel analytical and problem‑solving skills capacity to assume and delegate responsibilities in project context drive for improving and refining methodologies and internal processes team player and ability to help other professionals develop flexible in adapting to rapidly changing environments entrepreneurial spirit strong sense of service and client orientation proficient in MS Office tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
