En Experis, la división de ManpowerGroup especializada en proyectos, soluciones y talento profesional de TI, conectamos al talento tecnológico con proyectos estratégicos en México y a nivel internacional, impulsando la innovación y el crecimiento profesional bajo un enfoque humano.Buscamos un Automation Controls Engineer para integrarse al equipo de Mantenimiento, responsable de ejecutar actividades de automatización de forma segura y eficiente, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento y la operación segura de los equipos.Responsabilidades clave• Ejecutar actividades de automatización y mantenimiento cumpliendo con estándares de seguridad, orden y limpieza• Asegurar la correcta operación y funcionamiento de equipos automatizados• Ejecutar proyectos de mantenimiento y automatización en tiempo y forma (cumplimiento >95%)• Cumplir con procedimientos y estándares HSE durante las actividades de mantenimiento (0 LTI)• Participar en proyectos de reducción de costos y validación de ahorros• Integrar sistemas PLC con bases de datos y diferentes protocolos de comunicación• Resolver problemas de manufactura aplicando metodologías LeanRequisitos• Ingeniería o Licenciatura concluida• Experiencia comprobable en controles, automatización y programación PLC• Programación PLC en Omron, Siemens y Allen Bradley• Conocimientos en redes de comunicación industrial• Experiencia en sistemas de visión (Cognex, Keyence)• Lectura e interpretación de diagramas hidráulicos y eléctricos• Programación en C#, C++ y Visual Studio• Programación y manejo de bases de datos• Conocimiento en sistemas de trazabilidad y Andon• Inglés B2 conversacional• Disponibilidad para viajar al extranjero (Pasaporte y Visa vigente)En ManpowerGroup creamos espacios laborales incluyentes, donde lo que se busca es el talento y las competencias de las personas sin importar sus características individuales como sexo, edad, orientación sexual, identidad o expresión de género, nacionalidad, situación migratoria, apariencia física, discapacidad, idioma, condición social, económica, de salud o jurídica, embarazo, estado civil o conyugal, religión, opiniones, diversidad corporal, afiliación política, presencia de tatuajes visibles o no, otras modificaciones corporales u otra condición que pueda considerarse.
