With a long heritage of successfullysupporting highly demanding OEMs, our Client offers a unique capability tosupport customer needs from concept through production.About the projectWe are seeking an experienced IQMS (DELMIAworks) Consultant to support a Carve-Out project for a manufacturing plant located in Monterrey, Mexico. The plant is currently operating within a shared IQMS environmentwith other locations, and the objective is to separate (carve out) the Mexican plant into an independent IQMS instance.In addition to the carve-out activities, the consultant will provide ongoing IQMS system support and ERP change implementation throughout the project.Project Duration: First phase estimated at 6–12 monthsStart Date: February / MarchWork Mode: Primarily remote, with occasional travel to Monterrey, MexicoResponsibilitiesLead and execute the IQMS carve-out for the Mexican manufacturing plantAnalyze the current shared IQMS environment and define the target standalone systemSupport data separation, migration, and validation (master data, transactional data, historical data as required)Configure and optimize IQMS modules to support independent plant operationsProvide hands-on IQMS/DELMIAworks support, enhancements, and change requestsCollaborate with local plant stakeholders, IT, and business teamsSupport testing, cutover planning, and go-live activitiesDocument system changes, processes, and best practicesSupport post-go-live stabilization and knowledge transferRequirementsStrong hands-on experience as an IQMS / DELMIAworks ConsultantProven experience in ERP Carve-Out projects, ideally in manufacturing environmentsSolid understanding of manufacturing processes (production, inventory, quality, planning, costing)Experience working with shared ERP environments and separating entities/plantsStrong data migration and system configuration experienceAbility to work independently in a remote-first setup with periodic onsite presenceStrong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teamsPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience supporting manufacturing plants in MexicoExperience working in multinational / multi-plant environmentsCandidates based in Mexico or the United States preferred (Latin America also considered) #J-18808-Ljbffr
