Planeación y Ejecución: Desarrollar y detallar el plan del proyecto, incluyendo alcance, cronograma, recursos y presupuesto.Gestión de Equipo: Coordinar las actividades del equipo, asignar tareas, monitorear el progreso y eliminar impedimentos para asegurar el flujo de trabajo.Comunicación con Stakeholders: Mantener comunicación clara y constante con clientes y stakeholders, proporcionando actualizaciones sobre el estado del proyecto, riesgos y oportunidades.Gestión de Riesgos: Identificar proactivamente riesgos y problemas que puedan impactar el proyecto, y desarrollar planes de mitigación y contingencia.Monitoreo y Reportes: Dar seguimiento al desempeño del proyecto usando métricas y herramientas de gestión, y preparar informes de estado para el Delivery Manager y el PMO.Aseguramiento de la Calidad: Garantizar que los entregables cumplan con los estándares de calidad y los requisitos definidos en el alcance del proyecto.Profesional de Ingeniería de Sistemas titulado en áreas de Informática o carreras afines.Mínimo 4 años liderando proyectos end-to-end en tecnología, innovación o transformación digital.Experiencia liderando proyectos relacionados con tecnologia.Experiencia aplicando buenas prácticas de gestión de proyectos bajo marcos predictivos y ágiles.Deseable experiencia liderando proyectos con componentes tecnológicos en la nube.Experiencia trabajando de forma híbrida.BeneficiosContratación 100% Nominal directo con la empresa.Medicina prepagada.Bono de alimentación.Bono de conectividad y movilidad.Nivel mínimo de educación: Universitario (Indistinto)En Xertica.Ai, la Inteligencia Artificial es la mentalidad central que guía todo.
