Descripción Develop and implement project management standards and methodologies for the LATAM region. Oversee and monitor the progress of engineering and manufacturing projects. Provide strategic guidance to ensure project alignment with business goals. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely project delivery. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive project success. Manage budgets and resources effectively for all projects. Prepare and present reports to stakeholders and senior management. Continuously improve processes to enhance project efficiency and performance. Perfil buscado A successful PMO Manager LATAM should have: A degree in engineering, project management, or a related field. Experience in beverage companies CAPEX/OPEX Engineering Facilities Management with a spend of one project over $15M USD Proven expertise in the FMCG industry, particularly in engineering and manufacturing. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a large organization with cross‑functional teams.
