Overview Position: Paid Ads Specialist 2 Working Hours: Monday to Friday TBD Salary Range: 1700-3000 USD Search Location: Latin America Responsibilities Develop, implement and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). Optimize ad performance to achieve key business objectives such as conversions, traffic and brand awareness. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness. Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI. Manage TikTok Ads campaigns if applicable to diversify advertising strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid ads with broader marketing goals. Monitor trends and emerging platforms to ensure Bingo Loco stays ahead in the digital advertising space. Provide detailed reporting on ad spend, performance metrics and campaign results. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in paid advertising with a strong focus on Meta Ads. Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns and driving results. Event marketing experience not necessary but a bonus. Familiarity with TikTok Ads is a plus. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager. Experience with audience targeting, A/B testing and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
