This Trade Marketing Coordinator opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about maintaining brand integrity while engaging in dynamic, creative marketing strategies. As a Trade Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be instrumental in executing in‑market campaigns, collaborating across teams, and ensuring every activation strengthens our brand presence. Roles & Responsibilities Ensure brand consistency across all retail partners and channels Develop and adapt marketing materials to meet specific channel requirements Negotiate and coordinate key marketing activations with agencies and clients Plan and execute in‑store, thematic, seasonal activations, and roadshows Manage cross‑licensing collaborations Create and maintain exhibition guidelines for both e‑commerce and physical retail spaces Provide regional trade marketing support throughout LATAM Evaluate the ROI of marketing activations and trade investments Oversee showroom and trade show exhibitions Skills & Experience Proven experience in trade marketing, ideally within the Toy or consumer goods industry Experience in the toy industry is highly desirable Strong organizational and project management skills Expertise in negotiation and building strong client relationships Creative problem‑solving skills with the ability to think innovatively Ability to analyze data and evaluate financial outcomes, including ROI Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English You are excited to contribute to our culture in Mexico We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
