Technical Support Engineer

What will you do? Serve as the primary technical authority for Automation and Drives solutions, providing advanced troubleshooting and guidance to resolve complex customer issues. Act as an escalation point for critical cases, collaborating with engineering and global technical teams to deliver innovative solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing recurring technical challenges and proposing process enhancements. Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing across the team. Develop and maintain high-value technical documentation, best practices, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders. Partner with Sales, Services, and Product Management to influence solution design and identify strategic business opportunities during customer interactions. Represent the technical support function in cross-functional projects and customer engagements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. What skills and capabilities will make you successful? What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Automation, or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
