This data‑driven position requires a blend of analytical thinking and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the user base and influence behavior. Role Responsibilities Acquisition / Engagement of our users to our platform as well as the growth of our user base, via a combination of online and offline strategies. Building deep data insights and understanding of our potential and existing users and retailers in the local culture, in order to build your own growth‑oriented methodologies and initiatives, and also to constantly improve user experience. Using data to understand user and retailer behavior and experience, and identify areas for improvement as we grow our business, while always being aware and critical of ROI. Role Qualifications At least 2 years of preferably online Grocery (or Food) delivery business, especially in (user) operations roles. Previous operational/analytical experience in strategy operations, data analytics, consulting, investment banking, or in tech industry, is a plus. Data driven and strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Excellent strategic thinking and evolving mindset. Self‑motivated, self‑directed and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
