The Photo Asset Specialist manages the organization and distribution of HBO and MAX original photography within the various digital asset management systems utilized company wide. Key Responsibilities: Asset Ingestion & Organization: Manage the intake of new photos, quality control of all assets to make sure delivery meets all standards. Metadata & Taxonomy: Enforce standards for metadata, ensuring assets are easily searchable. Distribution & Access: Fulfill requests from internal teams (marketing, creative, consumer products) and external partners, managing access via platforms like CORE, AEM, and DF STUDIO. Collaboration: Act as a liaison between photo producers and clients (both internal/external) to resolve issues and meet deadlines. Photo Editing/Research: Work with photo producers to curate specialty request. Essential Skills & Qualifications: 4-5 years experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM) Experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM) Strong understanding of photo file types, metadata, and best practices. Proficiency with DAM software and tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Bridge, DF Studio,AEM). Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong eye for visual storytelling, composition, and detail. Ability to work under tight deadlines Knowledge of color management and image editing basics.
