At xpd global, we are looking for a People Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to the business, working closely with Operations leaders to drive results through talent, leadership, and culture. This is not a support role. It is an impact role. What you will do Translate operational priorities into People actions (structure, talent, performance, and capabilities). Lead the culture, performance, and development agenda for Operations teams. Challenge, influence, and partner with leaders in decisions that impact business results. What we are looking for 2+ years of experience in HRBP, PBP, or similar roles. Experience in logistics or operations is a plus. Strong ability to influence, make decisions, and navigate tough conversations. Business mindset and results-driven approach.
