We are looking for a Workday Associate Project Manager who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.Requirements (What We’re Looking For):Workday HCM, FIN, Integrations, Payroll or PM Certification (Required)Fluent in English (Required)1+ years' SaaS project management and/or software implementation consulting experience (Required)Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Human Resources, Computer Science, Accounting/Finance, Computer Engineering, or related IT/Business discipline; or equivalent experience (Required)Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs (Required)Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, or Adaptive certification/experience (Preferred)Experience using project management tools, Smartsheet (Preferred)Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, business development and communication skillsConsulting experience either as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company is preferredTravel 25%-45% at client requestResponsibilities (What You’ll Do):Manage all aspects of Phase X, Post Production, and Managed Services projects including project planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, commercial management and customer satisfaction simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentSchedule and coordinate meetings, workshops and project related activities for customers and project teams related to Workday implementations.Ensure company compliance with client contracts and successfully execute the Statement of WorkManage projects in the Workday HCM, Payroll or Financials product suiteWork with TopBloc consultants to ensure projects are properly staffed and plannedWork with the clients’ project managers to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time framesMaintain projects’ Workday Scorecard in accordance with Workday requirementsWork with TopBloc Project Managers on management of all aspects of medium and large enterprise implementationsLead clients through hypercare and transition to TopBloc’s Postproduction services teamAdvise clients on Workday best practicesAttend and successfully complete Workday CertificationPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerBenefits (What We’re Offering):Fast-paced and result oriented work culture with competitive base salaryComprehensive legal benefits package in accordance with Mexican labor law plus:Christmas bonus (30 days)70% vacation bonus15 days off per yearHome office bonus or transportation bonus$1,600 food stampsPrivate medical insurance for you and your familyDental and Optical insuranceLife insuranceTraining platformAgreements with UniversitiesFinancial services (MINU)Total Pass GymTopBloc is an Equal Opportunity Employer#LI-REMOTE #J-18808-Ljbffr
