As part of the Developer Productivity team, you will be in a very important role that improves the efficiency of Nutanix Engineers by making the production processes encounter mínimal friction, while leveraging the full power of the underlying infrastructure. This role is responsible for monitoring tool usage, addressing user concerns, and serving as the primary liaison with the Cursor support team for issue resolution and feature requests. This is AI Code Generation. About the Team Nutanix's Developer Productivity team is responsible for enabling all our developers to do their best at Nutanix. We recently launched the Cursor AI tool to the entire developer community to support them with an AI coding assistant, and currently, 2.5K users are onboarded. We are seeking a Developer Productivity AI Coding Platform Administrator to oversee the operational health, user support, and vendor coordination for the Cursor tool used across engineering teams. Your Role Track usage metrics and performance of the Cursor tool across teams. Act as the first point of contact for internal users reporting issues or requesting support. Triage and resolve common issues, escalating complex problems to the Cursor product/vendor team. Maintain documentation, onboarding guides, and FAQs to support user adoption and troubleshooting. Track and report tool usage trends, incidents, and resolution timelines to leadership. Coordinate with the Cursor team for bug fixes, feature enhancements, and roadmap alignment. Ensure compliance with internal security, access control, and data governance policies. Facilitate feedback collection from users and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders. Assist team in developing an AI adoption developer productivity dashboard. What You Will Bring 3 to 5 years of experience with development or engineering. Having worked with AI as an engineer or as an engineer using the AI Tooling. Experience with Copilot. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Experience administering or supporting developer tools or internal platforms. Familiarity with the Cursor tool and its integration into engineering workflows. Familiarity with LLM models and their capabilities. Experience with AI or AI Coding and dashboarding tools (e.g., Grafana, Kibana). Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, React JS, GO, for enterprise-quality software. Experience in technical support, platform administration, or developer enablement. Familiarity with monitoring tools, ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow), and usage analytics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a user-first mindset. Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, QA, and vendor teams. Work Arrangement Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in‑person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in‑office resources.
