Puesto de trabajo Production Manager PROPÓSITO GENERAL / CONTRIBUCIÓN DEL PUESTO Fomentar y promover un clima laboral que permita la integración del personal de todas las áreas con el fin de cumplir y exceder los objetivos de Dana a través de grupos de trabajo, desarrollando el potencial del personal que este a su cargo. Establecer, mantener y mejorar los Procesos productivos de acuerdo con la política integral de calidad y a los lineamientos del cliente y Corporativo, con el fin de cumplir en tiempo y forma las políticas de la empresa en los diferentes indicadores, con el fin de lograr que este cumpla con los requisitos internos, del cliente, del Corporativo y de la Norma IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001. Roles Diseñar procesos confiables, seguros, capaces y que cumplan con los requerimientos legales y voluntarios aplicables a Dana, a fin de cumplir los estándares de calidad y seguridad, así como asegurar la optimización de los recursos de la planta. Mantener los procesos de producción de acuerdo a los requerimientos de manufactura, con el objeto de que permanezcan dentro de los parámetros de control. Realizar actividades orientadas a la mejora continua del área, procesos e indicadores, con la finalidad de colaborar con el cumplimiento y mejora de los resultados del departamento. Cumplir con los PPM’s comprometidos internos y externos. Fomentar e implementar las 5’s. Cumplir roles y responsabilidades de acuerdo a matriz CORPEFCD-00002. #J-18808-Ljbffr
