Experiencia en monitoreo de llamada, identificación de áreas de oportunidad y análisis de causa raíz. Historial en diseño y ejecución de programas de entrenamiento exitosos. Conocimiento de metodologías de entrenamiento tradicionales y modernas (mentoría, coaching, capacitación en el trabajo, en aula, e-learning, talleres, etc.). Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo. Capacidad de multitarea y análisis de datos. Fuerte documentación y habilidades de redacción. Experiencia en creación de manuales de entrenamiento. Habilidades informáticas. Capacidad de comunicarse con clientes internos y externos. Mentalidad de trabajo en equipo. Alto nivel bilingüe. Pasaporte válido.
