The Production Supervisor, Night Shift 4x3 supervises daily activities of a small to mid-sized production team to ensure that established volume, cost, and quality targets are achieved. Coordinates work schedules, staffing requirements, and production sequences to maximize productivity. Identifies problems related to production process empathizing process improvement. Furthers the refinement of processes and procedures. About the Job Oversight: Supervises the daily activities of a team by monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback. (50%) Optimization: Identifies areas for Body development to continuously improve metrics and performance. (20%) Support’été: Assists the team with difficult or complex concerns; acts as an escalation point of contact. (20%) Enhancement: Contributes to the improvement of processes and procedures. (10%) Other duties as assigned.
