About You Committed professional with 2+ years of experience as a CPFR in an FMCG international company. Data‑driven mindset, proven record of continuous improvement, and results orientation. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to align sales and supply‑chain strategies. Create accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical sales data and market trends, ensuring optimal inventory levels. Utilize Excel (pivot tables, logical functions) to generate insights and support decision‑making. Prepare and present comprehensive reports on sales performance and inventory status to internal teams and stakeholders. Engage in negotiations with stakeholders in both sales and supply chain to ensure alignment on forecasts and replenishment plans. Identify complex issues within the supply chain and sales processes, developing actionable plans to address them effectively. Maintain optimal supply levels across 14,000 Store‑SKU combinations to ensure product availability. Organize and facilitate weekly and monthly sessions with clients for performance review and alignment on execution for the next three months (90‑60‑30 meeting structure). Collaborate with logistics teams to identify efficiencies in the distribution chain, focusing on transport optimization and order profile adjustments (MOQ, EOQ). Nice to Have VBA programming experience to automate reporting processes and enhance efficiency. Power BI management skills to create dashboards and visualizations that facilitate data‑driven discussions. Common Responsibilities Work closely with sales, marketing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure alignment on objectives. Regularly assess key performance indicators (KPI) related to sales, inventory, and supply‑chain efficiency. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance overall performance. Skills 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a multinational company. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, logical functions, statistical analysis). Knowledge of VBA for automating tasks and reporting. Experience with Power BI to create insightful reports and dashboards. Understanding of supply‑chain processes and inventory management principles. English – mid to advanced.
