As a Talent Attraction Partner, Sourcing, you’ll play a strategic role in identifying and engaging exceptional candidates for diverse roles across Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Human Resources, Software Development, and Corporate Functions. From Monterrey, Mexico, you’ll connect with talent across continents and industries, building strong pipelines that support our global growth. What You’ll Be Doing Source and engage top talent for a variety of global roles, creating both immediate shortlists and long-term pipelines. Leverage market intelligence and sourcing tools to identify candidates and ensure a seamless transition to Talent Acquisition teams. Champion the Danfoss employer brand, delivering an excellent candidate experience for both active and passive talent. Analyze talent data to identify market trends and provide actionable insights to Talent Acquisition partners. Continuously refine sourcing processes, tools, and materials to optimize efficiency and quality of hires. What We're Looking For University degree in Business, HR, Psychology or equivalent, plus experience in Active Sourcing (ideally in an international context). Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, with a focus on candidate experience and sourcing excellence. Proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus. Knowledge of sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and ability to interpret data to guide decisions. Experience working in a global, matrix organization. Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills. Organized, proactive, and confident in challenging the status quo to implement new ideas. Ready to Make a Difference?
