Sobre La Posición We are looking for a Cost/Inventory Controller to join the Electronic Systems Finance team, reporting directly to the Plant Controller. This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes, Mexico. As the Cost/Inventory Controller at Marelli, you will be responsible for managing the plant's inventory and controlling costs to ensure efficient and effective inventory practices. This position involves analyzing inventory-related data, coordinating with various departments to maintain optimal stock levels, and ensuring that all financial and control processes are followed. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments. Tus Responsabilidades Serán Cost Control: Analyze and report on cost variances and trends. Develop cost reduction strategies and identify opportunities for cost savings. Prepare and monitor budgets related to inventory and supply chain activities. Provide financial analysis and forecasting related to inventory management. Inventory Management:旦 Monitor and manage inventory levels to align with production and sales forecasts. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies. Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production departments to optimize inventory turnover. Data Analysis and Reporting: Maintain accurate inventory records and databases. Generate and present reports on inventory levels, turnover rates, and other key metrics. Use data analytics toagdagan insights into inventory performance and areas for improvement. Qué Cualificaciones Traerás Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in inventory management, cost control, or related roles. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
