Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Remote – US / Europe / Latam / Dubai (must have 5 hrs overlap with EST) Compensation: $150K – $200K About The Role We are building the unified layer that connects capital to the best risk‑adjusted yield across Decentralized Finance (DeFi). Our mission is to create the last vault you’ll ever need: a single deposit point where assets are continuously and intelligently reallocated across DeFi protocols to maximize yield. With over 100 integrations and more on the way, our platform delivers unmatched diversification while balancing risk and reward through a novel risk‑adjusted approach. Users gain access to simple tokens (yoETH, yoBTC, yoEUR, yoUSD) that unlock the best of DeFi yield in one deposit. We are backed by premier crypto investors including Paradigm, Haun Ventures, Hack VC, Solana, and Circle. As Head of Ecosystem, you will own demand‑side growth strategy, driving adoption of our infrastructure across the broader Solana/EVM application landscape. Key Responsibilities Lead ecosystem growth strategy and drive adoption across Solana and EVM applications. Build and scale partnerships with developers, protocols, and ecosystem stakeholders. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver impactful cross‑functional projects. Represent the organization in the broader crypto and DeFi community. What We’re Looking For 3+ years in BD, ecosystem, or GTM roles in crypto, infrastructure, or developer‑facing tech. Broad experience across EVM & Solana ecosystems. Proven success building partnerships and leading cross‑functional projects. Strong communication skills and ability to operate autonomously in fast‑paced environments. Passion for low‑level protocol infrastructure and the future of performant on‑chain systems.
