This requires one thing above all: people with the motivation to contribute and the passion to make a difference.Together we are creating a cleaner future.Together we are brilliant.Process Engineer (Stamping)Great opportunity to develop your skillsThese skills are your key to success in the role:Assuming Personal Responsibility and Demonstrating Reliability 10Own Initiative and Perseverance 10Decision-making Ability 10Ability to Deal With Conflicts and Solve Problems 10Ability to Cooperate 10Time Management 9Project Management 10Conceptual Skills 10What you can expectPreparation of technical sheets of new equipment and/or machinery.Ensure the significant characteristics of the process in their responsibilities.Develop and update standard operation manuals for processes.Continuous improvement, proposing and leading continuous improvement projects, using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen,Process Analysis, evaluate current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.Investigate and analyze the causes of deviations in processes and products, proposing corrective and preventive solutions.Develop process flowcharts and map them.Generate periodic reports on the performance of the processes and the improvements implemented them.Tool Room ManagementWhat makes you specialKnowledge in mechanical presses and hydraulic presses; set up, functions and dyagnosis.Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools, statistical control and process design.Knowledge in GD&T and draw interpretationKnowledge in stamping process with transfer tooling and progresives.Knowledge of rules and regulations applicable to the specific industry.AMEF dominanceCore Tools, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.Ability to perform statistical and data analysis.In-depth understanding of industrial and engineering processes.Ability to identify problems in processes and develop effective solutions.Effective communication, ability to explain technical concepts and collaborate with different departments.Knowledge in Wintriss (smartpack)SMEDAt Miba, we believe that diversity generates and drives innovation.
