Customer Sales Representative Professional About the job: RHI Magnesita is seeking a dynamic Customer Sales Representative Professional located in San Pedro Garza García, N.L. The CSR Professional will develop, manage, and deliver support services to the organization's sales force, including creation and confirmation of orders in the system, direct customer contact, reconciliation of orders, warehouse review, and invoicing. This position is full‑time and will report to the Head of Commercial Management NAM. The CSR Professional will travel both domestically and internationally with about 5% travel time. CSR Professional’s tasks include Assisting sales teams with sales reporting Processing orders from customers and resolving complaints Advising customers on product shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, etc. Acting as liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments Selecting, managing, and training on sales‑related systems and databases Assisting sales teams with individual account and sales territory planning About you Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field At least 1 year’s experience in customer service Bilingual in Spanish and English (French is a plus) Ability to learn quickly, understand business systems, and adapt to urgent requirements Proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically basic Excel skills (data entry, reports, basic spreadsheets) Knowledge of SAP Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency Detail‑oriented and highly organized We Offer Amazing Benefits Christmas Bonus Food vouchers Saving funds Life insurance Disability insurance And more Do you recognize yourself in this role?
