La oportunidadComo HRBP serás el enlace estratégico entre las divisiones de Charlotte Tilbury & Derma y el área de Recursos Humanos, asegurando la alineación e implementación efectiva de procesos de atracción, desarrollo y gestión del talento con los objetivos del negocio.Tus retosColaborar con líderes de negocio para definir perfiles clave, estrategias de gestión de talento y atracción de talento, anticipando las necesidades del negocio.Generar reportes de indicadores clave de RH (rotación, cobertura de vacantes, capacitación, desempeño).Proponer acciones correctivas o preventivas basadas en análisis de datos.Gestión del proceso End-to-end de atracción de talento en punto de venta y perfiles administrativos para ambas divisiones.Gestión de las incidencias para personal administrativo y en punto de venta.Implementar programas de capacitación, inducción y desarrollo adaptados a las necesidades de cada división.Apoyar en la creación de planes de carrera y sucesión para roles críticos.Coordinar el proceso de evaluación de desempeño y dar seguimiento a planes de mejora y desarrollo individual.Guiar a los líderes en reuniones de calibración de desempeño, desarrollo y compensación.Atender y dar seguimiento a la relación laboral, clima organizacional y gestión administrativa de personal en el punto de venta y en oficinas.Nos encantaría conocerte si tienesLicenciatura en Psicología, Administración, Recursos Humanos o carrera afín.Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en roles similares de Generalista de HR / HRBP, preferentemente en sectores de retail, cosméticos o salud.Conocimiento en procesos de reclutamiento, capacitación, evaluación de desempeño, relaciones laborales y desarrollo organizacional.Habilidades destacadas de comunicación, negociación y pensamiento estratégico.Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente a puntos de venta.Skills : Orientación al cliente interno, planeación y organización, influencia y liderazgo, adaptabilidad al cambio, pensamiento analítico, trabajo colaborativo, manejo de conflictos y escucha activa.¿Qué te aportaremos nosotros?Una cultura de trabajo emprendedora, creativa y acogedoraOportunidades de aprendizaje y desarrolloUna empresa internacional con muchas oportunidades de crecimiento profesionalUn paquete competitivo de compensación y beneficiosPolítica de trabajo híbrido#J- #J-18808-Ljbffr
