Facilities Operations Coordinator We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our facility. Main Responsibilities: Schedule management: coordinate meetings, trips, commitments, and reminders. Information channeling: filter emails, prepare responses, and prioritize issues. Documentation preparation: reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. Administrative project coordination: track pending items, dates, and deliverables. Liaison between teams and external partners: ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Process optimization: streamline administrative processes, including purchases, payments, and internal requests. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in executive or administrative assistance. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent writing and coordination skills.
