It operates globally and values a strong human resources function to support its workforce. Job Description Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Oversee recruitment, on boarding, and talent development processes. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in Monterrey. Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace. Manage compensation and benefits programs, including the executive package. Provide strategic advice to leadership on workforce planning and organizational design. Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the organization. Monitor HR metrics to assess and improve team performance. The Successful Applicant A successful HR Director Mexico should have : A strong educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience within the automotive sector. Experience leading at least 3 sites Expertise in HR operations, including compliance and talent management. Proven experience leading at least HC. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Mexico. Fluent English speaking and writing. Excellent leadership and decision-making skills. What's on Offer Competitive annual salary.
