STIVA 2 Production Supervisor

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Plant Supervisor to manage daily production, develop and motivate production personnel, and increase overall productivity in our facility.

You will lead safety and quality initiatives, collaborate with engineering, maintenance and quality teams, mentor staff, monitor performance metrics, analyze data for efficiency gains, and ensure schedules and standards are consistently met.
