Company Overview Our client is a growing construction services company focused on efficient job execution and accurate material planning. They rely on strong internal coordination and precise inventory workflows to support field crews and maintain operational accuracy. Position Overview We are seeking a Construction Inventory Management Specialist to be responsible for breaking down materials from sold jobs and building accurate job "tickets" inside the inventory system so crews can pick up bundled jobs correctly. You will ensure every job is built out precisely (down to small items like screws and nails) and inventory stays accurate in real time. Key Responsibilities Break down sold jobs into detailed material lists and build each job ticket accurately based on plans. Enter all job materials into the inventory system with high precision (including minor hardware items). Build, bundle, and close job tickets so projects are fully prepared for field crews. Enter purchase orders into the system and ensure records are complete and accurate. Maintain inventory data accuracy and keep current pricing updated in the system as required. Coordinate internally with Sales, Project Management, and Field Crews to confirm job requirements and resolve discrepancies. Ensure all jobs are built correctly based on plans, scopes, and internal job documentation. Maintain clean documentation and organized records across job tickets and inventory workflows. Monitor inventory data and proactively identify and correct discrepancies. Progressively work more independently as proficiency is demonstrated, with oversight early on. Follow established internal processes while consistently meeting accuracy and deadline expectations. Required Qualifications Fluent in English (C1/C2 level; written and spoken). Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, high-accuracy data entry work. Ability to break down job materials precisely and follow plans/checklists consistently. Prior experience working with U.S.-based companies. Experience with Google Sheets and spreadsheet-based tracking. Comfortable working with software tools for inventory and documentation (technical aptitude required). Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and construction workflows. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in inventory coordination, management, or job costing. Familiarity with construction materials or job planning workflows. Experience using Katana inventory software (preferred, but trainable). Experience using HubSpot CRM. Experience with PandaDoc or similar job-planning tools.
