Como Commercial Lead – Mexico , serás responsable de abrir y construir el mercado mexicano desde cero , liderando la estrategia comercial, el pipeline y los ingresos del país. Este es un rol altamente hands-on, con gran autonomía y visibilidad regional, ideal para alguien con mentalidad emprendedora y fuerte red en el ecosistema local.ResponsabilidadesConstruir y desarrollar el mercado de México desde cero, impulsando pipeline, alianzas y cierres de manera directa.Definir y validar la estrategia go-to-market para México (cuentas objetivo, verticales prioritarios y modelo de cobertura).Desarrollar y gestionar un pipeline estratégico de nuevos negocios con marcas y retailers.Liderar el ciclo completo de ventas: discovery, propuesta, negociación y cierre.Cumplir y superar objetivos de bookings e ingresos en el mercado mexicano.Cerrar acuerdos multi-solución (identity, data collaboration, retail media, medición).Establecer alianzas estratégicas con retailers, marketplaces y partners clave.Trabajar de forma alineada con equipos internos (Sales, CS, Solutions, Product, Marketing y Partnerships).Crear narrativas, playbooks y procesos comerciales repetibles para México.Ser el punto de referencia comercial del país para forecasting y planeación.Representar las necesidades del mercado mexicano en discusiones de producto y roadmap.Actuar como embajador/a de LiveRamp en el ecosistema local (eventos, asociaciones, partners).Sobre tu impactoTu trabajo permitirá que marcas y retailers en México:Activen y midan datos first-party en walled gardens, open web y retail media.Ejecuten programas de data collaboration y retail media que generen ingresos incrementales.Comprendan y traduzcan capacidades avanzadas de datos e identidad en valor de negocio real.Alimenten estrategias regionales y globales con aprendizajes del mercado mexicano.PerfilRequisitos:~8+ años de experiencia en roles comerciales B2B (ventas, business development o partnerships) en adtech, martech, data o SaaS.~ Experiencia abriendo nuevos mercados o liderando iniciativas "first on the ground".~ Red de contactos activa con retailers, marcas CPG y/o agencias en México.~ Experiencia en ventas de ciclo completo con clientes mid-market o enterprise.~ Conocimiento de data, identity, medición y/o retail media.~ Capacidad para interactuar con stakeholders senior y coordinar equipos multifuncionales.~ Español fluido e inglés profesional.~ Residencia en México y autorización legal para trabajar.~ Experiencia con CRM (Salesforce u otros) y gestión de pipeline.~ Licenciatura en Negocios, Marketing, Economía, Ingeniería o afín (o experiencia equivalente).Deseable:Experiencia con soluciones de identidad, clean rooms, CDPs o retail media networks.Background trabajando con retailers, marketplaces o marcas CPG.Experiencia regional en LATAM.Desarrollo de alianzas estratégicas y programas de co-selling/co-marketing.Representación de marca en eventos, paneles o webinars.
