What will you do? Ensure that appropriate materials, consumables, and equipment are used for each welding process. Review welding parameters and verify compliance with the project’s technical specifications (WPS). Measure OEE in operational processes (efficiency, availability, and quality). Validate that quality standards are met and that first sample validations are properly documented. Manage and administer autonomous and preventive maintenance of machinery with support teams. Supervise compliance with EHS standards in all work areas (PPE, LOTO, etc.). Ensure that all tooling meets technical specifications based on programming nesting. Manage and administer production loads at process stations/machines. What will you need to succeed? +3 years of experience as Production Supervisor. Bachelor as industrial engineer, mechanical or related. SAP knowledge. Six Sigma knowledge. Knowledge of welding processes. Lean manufacturing knowledge. Proficient in office software and other relevant. Intermediate English level.
