We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our IT market research operations. This role requires a professional who can effectively manage multiple projects in parallel, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor multiple IT market research projects simultaneously. Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables across all project phases. Collaborate with internal teams and report directly to U.S.-based managers. Maintain clear, persuasive communication with stakeholders to align expectations and resolve issues. Document, track, and control project scope and progress using project management tools. Essential Skills & Requirements Advanced conversational English (mandatory daily communication with U.S. teams and international stakeholders). Excellent communication and persuasion skills to manage expectations and drive alignment. High tolerance and motivation for repetitive processes and simultaneous project management. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience coordinating projects with waterfall methodologies or similar structured approaches. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in dynamic environments. Hybrid availability: 23 days per week in the Mexico City office.
