We are currently searching for a Database Administrator (DBA): Responsibilities Administer and design SQL Server databases ensuring optimal performance, integrity and security. Perform extensive T‑SQL performance tuning and optimization for critical systems. Develop and maintain Windows scripts to automate administrative tasks. Manage and execute on‑call duties independently according to the established schedule. Work effectively under pressure demonstrating ownership and accountability during incident management. Collaborate and communicate clearly with cross‑functional teams to ensure database reliability and scalability. Requirements 8 years of experience as a SQL Server Database Administrator. Advanced expertise in SQL Server database design and management. Strong proficiency in T‑SQL performance tuning and query optimization. Solid knowledge of Windows scripting. Excellent communication, decision‑making and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and handle high‑pressure situations. Languages Advanced Oral English. Native Spanish.
