Company: MMC Corporate IT Support Senior Analyst We are looking for a talented IT Support Senior Analyst to join our team in the IT department in Mexico City. This position is hybrid and requires working at least 4 days a week in the office. We count on you to: Investigate, classify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in applications reported by customers. Assist in problem resolution and incident management. Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our product offerings. Provide support for applications until tickets are resolved. Formulate proposals for problem resolution and/or improvements. Ensure that all relevant processes for implementation, support, and change management are followed (e.g., Software Development Life Cycle and Change Management). Support project teams to ensure that technology-related projects are successfully implemented, on time, and with minimal impact on the production environment. Manage internal clients and global exposure. Provide support to various regions, including the U.S., Canada, and Latam. What do you need to have? Title of technician or degree in a discipline related to technology. Knowledge in Service Desk Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support or related areas. Advanced proficiency in English.
