Experience:Minimum 10 years in Surety, Financial Lines, or related fields.At least 5 years in leadership or senior commercial roles within the insurance or reinsurance industry.Proven track record in business development, client management, and market positioning. Key Competencies:Strategic and commercial leadership.Strong negotiation and influencing skills.Analytical and results-driven mindset.Team development and people management.Ability to work in multicultural, matrix environments.Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
