Their commitment to a 'customer success, first and always' philosophy ensures a rewarding and forward-thinking workplace for driven professionals.We are currently searching for a Workday Lead:Responsibilities:Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a large portfolio of Workday integrations.Lead the research, design, development, and testing of new integrations throughout the deployment life cycle.Create detailed technical specifications, field mappings, and architectural designs.Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify problem areas and define project impacts.Perform root cause analysis on integration failures and report findings to leadership to drive strategy.Manage data flows and system alignment between Workday and internal/external systems.Develop and modify complex integrations for Benefits, Payroll, and other downstream systems.Utilize Workday technologies including Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation.Manage security protocols such as PGP/SSH key management, calculated fields, and web services.Provide high-level production support by resolving technical inquiries and user access issues.Lead technical walk-throughs to review source code and documentation, ensuring department standards are met.Requirements:Proven experience leading Workday integration projects from design to delivery.Advanced technical proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Document Transformation, and Core Connectors.Expertise in Workday Web Services (WWS), Calculated Fields, and Custom Reports.Experience with PGP/SSH key management and secure data transmission protocols.Strong ability to gather and document business requirements from non-technical stakeholders.Expertise in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex integration failures.Solid understanding of data flow architecture between Workday and third-party vendors (Payroll, Benefits, etc.).Strong leadership skills to mentor colleagues and drive integration standards.LanguagesAdvanced Oral English.Native Spanish.Note:Fully remote.If you meet these qualifications and are pursuing new challenges, start your application on our website to join an award-winning employer.
