We are a digital-first company with strong growth, focused on transforming product access in Latin America through technology, operational speed and data-driven decision-making.About the roleAbout the role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Full Stack Tech Lead to join and guide our engineering team.The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in both front-end and back-end development with proven leadership capabilities.Key Responsibilities5+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with at least 2 years in a leadership roleArchitect and develop back-end services employing .NET Core 6, C# with proficiency in ORM tools such as Dapper and Entity FrameworkOversee database design and management for both relational and non-relational databases, including data modeling, ERD design, and development of functions and stored proceduresDesign and integrate RESTful APIs with a strong emphasis on security and scalabilityImplement and advocate for cloud computing solutions with expertise in microservices and serverless architecturesCreate middleware solutions for seamless integration with third-party applicationsExperience with AWS services, including Lambdas, SQS-SNS, and AWS APIsExperience with unit testing frameworks, Docker, and CI/CD automation pipelinesLead and mentor a team of developers, including juniors and semi-seniors, fostering their professional growthProvide coaching and guidance on technical challenges and career developmentEmpathy, active listening, and inclusive leadership approachManage project priorities, balancing feature development with technical debt reductionMake informed technical decisions and guide the team through complex problem-solvingIdentify and resolve blockers, conflicts, and impedimentsCommunicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business valueNice to have / QualificationsDomain knowledge in MarTech appsBack-end development familiarity with PythonIntermediate to advanced level of EnglishExperience with NetSuite integrations and development (SuiteScript, RESTlets, SuiteTalk)What We OfferBe part of a company in scaling stage, with high growth velocity and real opportunities for impact.Tech-savvy and data-driven environment focused on automation, AI and continuous improvement.Collaborative and horizontal culture, results-oriented and valuing autonomy, ownership and the ability to build processes from scratch.Lunch at the office, Birthday day off, Access to our Benefits Club, an exclusive platform with discounts on top brands #J Ljbffr. #J-18808-Ljbffr
