Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Salesforce operations management, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its core functionalities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.). Proven track record of managing Salesforce projects and delivering measurable results within a Salesforce environment. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data management principles, security concepts, and business processes as they relate to Salesforce. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment that uses Agile development methodologies within the Salesforce ecosystem. Experience with Salesforce declarative development tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, etc.) and Apex code (preferred). Nice to Have Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, Salesforce Developer). Experience with specific Salesforce-related technologies (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Pardot, Einstein Analytics, MuleSoft). Knowledge of data governance and compliance regulations as they relate to Salesforce data. Experience in Automotive industry and its application within the Salesforce platform. Experience with process mapping and documentation, specifically within the context of Salesforce processes. Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps practices.
