Lead, Performance Marketing Manager, TV & Audio Americas • Remote • Senior About the role Join Shopify's Growth team, where diverse backgrounds and skill sets converge to drive significant business growth. You will work closely with your peers in Data Science, Creative & Product to drive marketing innovation and experimentation. This role will require you to build strong relationships and partnerships with teams of different disciplines, in many regions and at all levels. Responsibilities Acting as the POC for channel expansion and optimization across internal stakeholders and external partners such as media buying agencies, creative agencies and measurement partners. Driving new, high-value merchants to the Shopify platform within our efficiency targets globally and coordinating with the other elements of our audio and TV strategy including broadcast, podcast and streaming. Developing a deep understanding of marketing trends and opportunities across our priority regions (Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia) to feed program strategy, program expansion and increased performance. Leveraging marketing tech and automation to scale our program, collaborating with our engineering, data science teams and MarTech colleagues. Formulating and executing experiments across the marketing funnel that drive exponential growth for Shopify and ensure we understand the incremental impact of our program. Proactively communicating the progress and financial health of the program across the organization as an individual contributor and representative of the team. Qualifications A successful track record in managing direct response campaigns using broad reach mediums. Experience building full funnel programs that meet efficiency targets including measurement, creative and tactic level strategy for all parts of the funnel- from direct response to audience reach and beyond. Ability to analyze raw data and develop actionable insights related to marketing activity. Understanding of basic statistics and mathematical modeling concepts such as statistical significance, standard deviations, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis. Data visualization skills and the ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable insights. Strong experience with analytics tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Mode, Tableau, SQL queries and Google Analytics. Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams inside Shopify and our external partners. Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and have the ability to navigate through ambiguity and work with minimal guidance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
