Track and report on quality-of-hire and hiring days Learning & Development Design and execute the annual training plan aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Maintain strict adherence to data privacy and security standards. Professional Degree Requirements (i.e., Engineering, Business Admin, etc.) Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, or closely related field. Master’s degree desirable Experience Requirements (Years / Type of prior responsibilities or experience / Industry, etc.) Minimum 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing environment. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and deliver against tight deadlines. Experience in employer branding initiatives and building talent pipelines. Hands-on experience designing and implementing training programs (technical and soft skills) – Desirable Experience in evaluating training effectiveness using KPIs and ROI metrics. Proficiency in Oracle HCM / ORC or similar HRIS platforms for recruitment and training administration. Ability to generate and interpret HR analytics reports for decision-making. Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and training - Desirable Experience ensuring compliance with corporate policies and mandatory training programs. Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders across multiple functions and geographies. Strong vendor management skills for external training providers. Advanced English communication skills (written, verbal, and listening). Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge of e‑learning platforms Strong Excel and data analysis skills for HR reporting and dashboards. Understanding of labor law and compliance requirements.
